Yes! We offer local pickup in Sydney. You can visit our studio at 37 Victor St, Chatswood, and pick up your Labubu in person.
Just book a time that works for you, and we’ll have your order ready. Our studio hours are from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM.

1.Check the Swing Tag

Authentic Jellycat products usually come with a professionally printed swing tag featuring clear branding, product information, barcodes and item codes.
The printing should look clean and consistent, with no obvious spelling errors, blurry text or unusual formatting.

2.Check the Fabric Labels
Genuine Jellycat toys include sewn-in fabric labels containing brand, material, care and manufacturing information. Please note that label designs may vary depending on the production year, product collection and manufacturing location.

3.Examine the Shape and Facial Details
Jellycat is known for its distinctive proportions and soft, expressive designs. Genuine products generally have balanced facial features, natural proportions and carefully positioned eyes, noses and ears.
Because every plush toy is individually made, slight variations in facial expression or shape are completely normal.

4.Match the Product Code

Many Jellycat products have an item code associated with a particular design, size or colour.
Where possible, check whether the product name and item code on the tag match the actual plush toy.
